Building and BaLa initiatives

Since the building is the most expensive physical asset of a school, efforts should be made to extract maximum educational value from it.
BALA (building as a means of learning) is a way of holistically planning and using school infrastructure like walls, playground floors, school floors, etc. for learning.

The work done at school

We put up many types of posters and charts on the walls in the school related to many subjects like – noun, poem, neighborhood,
plants etc.
We have also put up children’s birthdays and attendance charts on the walls.
The great people of the country have also been mentioned.
The day to day activities of children are also displayed through the green board on walls.
We have also decorated the assembly walls with art work.

The work to be done at school

We still have to convert the playground into learning ground.
Many walls of school classrooms have to be made into learning walls.
Also many pillars of school to make learning pillars.
